1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Only products purchased via our website are eligible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products or special bulk orders.
- Products with broken seals or altered packaging.
3. How to Request a Return

- Mention your order ID and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you to ship it back.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you receive a defective or wrong product, please share clear images via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery. We'll promptly resolve it.
